A talented catering and culinary professional with a Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Lisa honed her skills across our great nation with stops along her journey in Connecticut, New York, Colorado, and San Francisco. Her vast knowledge and success in the hospitality industry provides our guests with superior guest and dining experiences. We are delighted that Lisa is leading our catering team. Lisa resides in Guilford.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales, Amanda is dedicated to creating the most incredible and memorable experiences for couples, families, and wedding guests at Madison Beach Hotel. Her extensive background in wedding sales results in many happy couples throughout the region. Be they engagement celebrations, beachfront nuptials, or honeymoon stays at the hotel, Amanda approaches every event with creativity and enthusiasm.
Heather Park has been happily immersed in the hospitality industry from a young age. While Heather was in high school, her mother owned a catering business, and she fondly recalls countless weekends working alongside her.
At Madison Beach Hotel, she thoroughly enjoys watching guests enter an event space where their vision has been realized through décor, food, and service. In terms of culinary, Heather loves the creativity of menu design, interaction with guests, and being able to create memorable dining experiences.
In her free time, Heather enjoys running and hiking, and is a member of the Run 169 Town Society, an organization that strives to run a race in every Connecticut town. She lives in Woodstock, Connecticut with her husband, son, and two dogs.
Classically trained at the Notre Dame Culinary School in Jerusalem and the Cordon Bleu in France, Mo Jalil has been honing his craft for nearly forty years. His creative fusion of international cuisines is the result of a career that spans Asian, Europe, Africa and the United States. From the Five-Star American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem to the Maxwell House in New York, to the Connecticut Shoreline, Mo has worked and trained with the best. Before joining the Madison Beach Hotel as Banquet Chef, he served as Executive Production Chef for Connecticut’s leading catering company. Mo’s cuisine is recognized not only for flavor, but also for creative presentation.
