Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Menu

The Wharf Restaurant will be open for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, featuring a prix fixe menu. Our Bar Menu will be available at The Wharf Bar. 

First course Select One

  • Classic New England Clam Chowder
  • Kabocha squash velouté, toasted hazelnuts, fried sage

Second Course Select One

  • Winter green salad, pears, candied pecans, bleu cheese
  • Warm goat cheese with roasted beets, honey and arugula

Main Course Select One

  • Oven roasted halibut, leek fondue, celeriac, Champagne beurre blanc.
  • Pan seared beef tenderloin black pepper crust, potato gratin, caramelized baby carrot, Cognac peppercorn cream sauce
  • Black truffle and aged Parmesan risotto, crispy leeks

Dessert Course  Select One

  • Santa’s Hat – sugar cookie cheesecake, shortbread, white chocolate, marshmallow
  • Buche De Noel – Yule Log – chocolate sponge, ganache, meringue mushroom
